Cancellation Policy:
At OP physio we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality care to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone we have the following cancellation policy in place:
24-Hour Notice Requirement.
Clients are required to provde at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations & missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be invoiced at the full session fee.
How to cancel:
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by:
Rescheduling via the link in your email link in your booking confirmation email.
Calling our clinic during business hours, leaving a voicemail, whatsapp or email (timestamp of receipt will be used to determine notice period).
Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees maybe waived at the discretion of the clinic.
